The 31st annual Elizabeth-Wirt Volunteer Fire Department’s Ice Cream Social will be on July 4th. There will be a Firecracker 5K fun run/walk at 8am, the fireman’s parade at 11am, with line up beginning at 10am, and events running all day beginning at Noon. The Jr. League will be holding a fundraiser for the JuLePs Pathways Playground on July 4th at Parkersburg’s City Park Band shell.
